Dana was born just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana and lived there for several years until the majority of his family relocated to the Dallas. Growing up, he was always interested in, and intrigued by, the legal system.
Dana decided to learn more about the law at the University of North Texas, where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Dana proceeded to take his desire of learning the law to the next level by attending the Texas Tech University School of Law. It was there that Dana received his solid legal educational foundation that has allowed him to be successful as an attorney.
Since graduating, Dana has handled cases throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, specifically in Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant County. Dana’s main areas of focus are civil trials/litigation, family law and criminal defense. He has also handled cases regarding chapter 7 bankruptcies, intellectual property, immigration law, real estate law, contract review/drafting and more.
Dana currently lives in Plano with his daughter Elizabeth. His hobbies are playing guitar/piano, playing hockey, working out and spending time with his friends and family. -Email:

Baharan was born and raised in Texas. Baharan attended Southern Methodist University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a minor in Economics.
She decided to take her legal studies to the west coast, where she attended Western State University School of Law in California. During law school, Baharan gained significant legal experience by clerking at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and a general litigation law firm.
After graduating from law school, Baharan returned to Texas where she was admitted to practice and gained experience in the fields of bankruptcies, foreclosures and oil & gas, before she decided to start a law practice with her business partner.
Baharan currently lives in Dallas with her beloved Chinese Pug. Her hobbies include shopping, attending art shows and live music shows and representing her clients to the fullest extent of the law. -Email:
